In the social deductive card game Patient Zero, you must figure out who amongst you has first contracted the virus that will eventually turn you into a member of the living dead. The fate of humankind rests in your hands. Thinking of hands, why are your hands shaking? Why is Bobby laughing after everything he says? The virus is spreading fast. Will you survive?
